Betrayal Trauma

Pornography addictions and sexual infidelity in a relationship often creates several difficult and painful emotions for partners who have been betrayed. After discovery, partners who have been betrayed often lose their ability to eat, sleep and can emotionally disconnect. It is normal for them to continue to think about what their partner did, isolate themselves, and avoid places they used to enjoy. Their trust in others decreases and they may question themselves. In many cases, they struggle with depression and anxiety.
